First, my heartfelt thanks for all the attention you have given to my photography and scattered writtings.
My computer and DA together are a nightmare and I've long since given up individual thanks. I do love every and comment. I appreciate every new

I've had some hard times the last few years and it's come together in a nasty divorce. I've had some ongoing medical issues and I may lose my health care the first of the year. I may lose my house.
My financial outlook is somewhat grim. And the economy isn't very comforting to say the least (ok, dump over)

I know this is a community that cares and that presence is what I feel here. You are all very appreciated.
I'm hoping to renew my sub next month, but if I don't you will all understand why.
If you know of a contest and can think of one of my deviations that would stand a chance at a subscription, do let me know!

This Feature is one I want to share because I really appreciate how the very tiniest capture of people in an image create so much depth and perspective in a photograph.
I find it incredible how the eye immediately finds the individual and the difference it makes to a landscape.
Give these very talented photographers a hand!!!

The choices I made for this feature have to do with artwork that reminds of me where I am - sends messages of love, forgiveness, the future, hope - and / or those which inspired the same

Thanks to all of you for your support & friendship.
I have been going through some hard times this year (divorce/kids/etc.)
Many of my DA friends have really helped and held my head above water more once. Every thoughtful comment has filled my heart when it was empty!

A special few have dedicated a piece of their artwork to me and for this I am especially grateful. It is such an honor to be allowed so close to someones heart.

These three dedications deserve special mention and a permanent place here in my journal.
